Article 23 of the Management Measures for the Sea Cucumber Industry Branch of the China Fisheries Association stipulates that the president, executive president, executive vice president, vice president, and secretary-general of the branch must meet the following conditions: adhere to the Party's line, principles, and policies, and have good political qualities; Has significant influence in the business field of this branch; The maximum age for employment shall not exceed 70 years old; Being physically healthy and able to work normally; Those who have not received criminal punishment for deprivation of political rights; Having full capacity for civil conduct. Article 28 stipulates the scope of powers exercised by the executive chairman: to convene and preside over the board of directors in accordance with the authorization of the chairman; Convene and preside over the President's Office Meeting; Supervise the implementation of resolutions of the member congress and council; Approve important activities and affairs of the branch; The external representative branch will participate in the event.
