November 15, 2006: Penglai Anyuan Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2006，The company's first production base in Shandong officially commenced operations.

In 2023, Anyuan Seed Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established in Jinpu New Area, Dalian City, Liaoning Province.
In 2024, Liaoning Andong Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2024, the company successfully applied for the new sea cucumber variety “Anyuan No. 2” through collaborative breeding with Dalian Ocean University.
