The seed industry is one of the nation's foundational and strategic core industries. Advancing aquaculture begins with seed development. Since its establishment, the company has consistently adhered to the development theme of “green, safe, healthy, and wellness,” aiming to enhance both economic and social benefits. We strive to build “Peng'anyuan” into “China's premier brand for sea cucumbers.” Guided by the corporate ethos of “Technology as the Vanguard, Innovation for Development, Quality for Survival, Integrity in Customer Relations,” the company implements the business philosophy of “Talent as the Foundation, Technology as the Leader, Customers as the Priority.” It actively implements the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, comprehensively and objectively analyzing the opportunities and challenges facing the development of the marine spiny sea cucumber seed industry in accordance with the overall requirements of the Seed Industry Revitalization Initiative. Through decisive measures, the company concentrates efforts on overcoming challenges, addressing weaknesses, strengthening advantages, managing risks, and boosting efficiency. It implements germplasm resource conservation and utilization, building upon the An Yuan No. 1 sea cucumber variety to pioneer the development of the new An Yuan No. 2 variety. This enhances superior seed production capacity and advances the revitalization of the aquatic sea cucumber seed industry. With strong support from the Yantai Economic Development Zone Management Committee, the municipal government, and relevant authorities, all company employees have demonstrated diligence, professionalism, and relentless drive. They have made outstanding contributions to promoting the healthy development of the sea cucumber farming industry and advancing technological innovation within the sector.
The sea cucumber industry holds immense future potential. Our company's direction and goal is to bring green, health-focused, and ecologically sourced sea cucumber products to more households, delivering wellness to every family while forging a path of sustainable development. We adhere to scientific breeding practices, continuously refine aquaculture expertise, and vigorously advance technological innovation in healthy sea cucumber seedling products. Considering the industry's environment, we conduct market research and analysis from multiple perspectives—theoretical to practical, macro to micro. By accurately grasping industry trends, discerning competitive landscapes, mitigating operational and investment risks, and formulating sound competitive and investment strategies, the company efficiently consolidates or expands strategic target markets. Therefore, only by firmly seizing the initiative in industrial competition and accelerating upgrades in efficiency, quality, innovation, collaboration, and marketing capabilities can the healthy spiny sea cucumber industry reach new heights. This will realize the pursuit of “fulfilling human aspirations and benefiting human health”—the very strategic path for the company's future development.
To this end, I will lead the An Yuan team in continuous exploration and development, aligning with economic trends and shifts in the aquaculture industry. With a broader perspective on sea cucumber research and development, we will optimize the ecological layout of sea cucumber aquaculture, transform farming methods, enhance the effective supply of healthy sea cucumber products, ensure the quality and safety of sea cucumber seedling products, and meet the public's demand for a beautiful ecological environment and high-quality sea cucumber products. Simultaneously, we will exemplify corporate citizenship by fulfilling our social responsibilities, continuously creating value for shareholders, achieving mutual success with clients, and making greater contributions to the nation's marine development strategy and society.
