Shandong Anyuan Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. is located north of Yaqian Village, Chaoshui Town, Yantai Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. It is 30 kilometers from Penglai City and 40 kilometers from Yantai City, with convenient transportation access. Established in 2006, the company boasts fixed assets totaling 360 million yuan. It is a modern enterprise integrating sea cucumber seedling breeding, aquaculture, finished-product processing, sales, and tourism. The company currently employs over 200 people, including more than 30 senior and mid-level technical personnel. The company has been awarded titles such as “Key Leading Enterprise for Agricultural Industrialization in Shandong Province,” “Vice-President Unit of the Shandong Sea Cucumber Association,” “Demonstration Farm for Healthy Aquaculture under the Ministry of Agriculture,” “National-Level Original Seed Breeding Base for Sea Cucumbers,” and “Standing Director Unit of the China Fisheries Association.” The company’s seedling-rearing water volume totals 80,000 cubic meters, and its marine area covers 16,800 mu. In terms of scale, output, and quality of sea cucumber seedlings, the company now ranks among the top in China. Its practices in healthy aquaculture and related applications have been honored with the Second Prize for Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress and the Second Prize for National Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by the State Council. Due to the company’s need to list on the Hong Kong stock exchange, we are now recruiting professionals and technical workers from all sectors of society.
I. Recruitment Requirements
(1) Associate degree or above, with a major in accounting, design, aquaculture, administrative management, or a related field.
(2) Possesses good ideological qualities and physical health, is hardworking and able to endure hardship, willing to start from the grassroots level, has strong adaptability and learning ability, approaches tasks with seriousness and thoroughness, demonstrates high professional ethics, and exhibits a spirit of teamwork.
(3) Proficient in the use of computers and office software. Technical personnel who have achieved results in areas such as aquaculture production, scientific research, and management will be given priority.
(4) Love your job and be dedicated to your work, obey leadership, and be able to fulfill your respective job responsibilities.
(5) Skilled Workers: Candidates should be under 45 years of age, in good health, of upright character, highly skilled, hardworking and resilient, positive and motivated, and strongly responsible.
II. Benefits and Welfare
(1) Work 8 hours per day. New employees have a 3-month probationary period; upon successful completion of the probationary period and passing the assessment, they will be converted to regular status and their social insurance contributions—including the five types of insurance and housing fund—will be made in accordance with national regulations.
(2) After becoming a regular employee, you will receive a food allowance and an education allowance. You will undergo two annual performance evaluations and five performance-based bonuses each year. Your monthly salary will be over 4,000 yuan in total. Employees with outstanding performance will be identified as reserve managerial candidates for future company leadership development.
(3) The company has a cafeteria and provides free accommodation. The dormitories are standard triple rooms equipped with amenities such as televisions, wardrobes, washing machines, and bathrooms. Located along the Yellow Sea coast, the company boasts beautiful scenery, distinct four seasons, and a pleasant climate that is warm in winter and cool in summer.

(5) After one year of formal employment, you will be eligible for a free domestic or international trip at the end of each year.
